Clinical IT LTD (trading as EKORA) is committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2045 and to managing its environmental impact responsibly as the organisation grows.

We are committed to monitoring emissions annually and managing them responsibly so they remain proportionate to the size and needs of the business. Over the next five years, we aim to keep emissions broadly at or below baseline levels while continuing to support business growth.

We recognise that reductions may vary from year to year depending on operational activity, particularly levels of business travel. Where reductions are achieved, we will continue to review whether they result from operational changes or from specific carbon reduction measures.

As part of our future approach, we will introduce a documented business travel decision guideline that prioritises virtual collaboration where feasible, encourages rail travel over domestic air travel, and limits air travel to situations where it is necessary to support effective service delivery.

We will continue to maintain our low-carbon, remote-first operating model and will take emissions intensity into account as the business evolves.

Carbon emissions will be reviewed annually as part of our governance and management review processes, and we will continue to consider proportionate measures to address residual impacts in support of our net zero commitment.
